Cale grew up in North Alabama and graduated school at Douglas High before expanding his Business Finance education at Snead State College in 1990.
He spent the next 12 years as a diversified mortgage lender with Transamerica Financial Services in Los Angeles. Following his time there, he owned his own Mortgage brokerage company in North Alabama. In 2003, Cale joined Jones Management in Cleveland, TN where he served as a regional manager in the consumer finance field. Cale’s sales records then drove him to Triton Management Group as an Operations Manager and later moved him to the Alabama Gulf Coast. He held many roles in technology and his sales experience helped excel the company’s growth in many different product lines. In 2020, he spent time as the Operations and Sales Director for South Cypress and joined BR Franchising later that same year as the VP of Sales. Cale wrote the legal manual, operation manual, training manual and sold the initial franchise locations throughout all of Alabama. Cale joined EF Group in 2022 as a Sales Executive.
Cale is married to his wife Susan and has 2 sons. Both sons are very experienced golfers. After spending his college golf career at Auburn University, the oldest son, Skyler, is the Athletic Director at one of Florida’s largest high schools, Riverdale High. The youngest, Mason, was once the nation’s youngest TPI Certified PGA Golf Instructors and currently manages an HVAC business in North Alabama.
