Paul grew up in Little Rock, attended Catholic High School and graduated from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology (1992). Additionally, Paul received a Bachelor of Science degree in Perfusion Technology from Rush University in Chicago, IL. (1996)
Before joining EF Group, Paul spent the last 13 years building, developing, and managing high performance sale teams in the cellular technology industry with emphasis on Sales Operations and Sales Development.
Paul joined the EF Group team in May 2018 and brings an operational background that is centered around driving increased profitability, maintaining sound compliance practices and fostering scalability.
When not in the office, Paul enjoys playing golf, watching Razorback sports, and cheering for “America’s Team”. Additionally, he supports Catholic High School in Little Rock and volunteers at CARTI, a Regional Cancer Center based in Arkansas.
Paul has a wonderful wife of 28 years and 2 children.
